Mr. Robert Escobio
Mr. Robert Escobio is the Chairman of the Board and the Chief Executive Officer of STS.
Mr. Escobio has more than 30 years of experience with broker-dealer organizations, including Dean Witter, Paine Webber, Smith Barney and Prudential Securities.
Mr. Escobio is also our head trader and is responsible for all of our operations as well as maintaining our relationship with key individual and institutional clients.
Mr. Escobio also severs as President and a director of AR Growth Finance Corp. (ARGW.PK) in which we are a part of a controlling investor group.
Mr. Escobio has an M.B.A. from the University of Miami and a B.S. from the University of Florida in Finance.
Mr. Kevin Fitzgerald
Mr. Kevin Fitzgerald is the President and a Director of STS. Mr. Fitzgerald has more than 17 years of corporate banking experience, including working with Deloitte Touche and Houlihan Lokey Howar and Zukin as an investment banker. In addition, Mr. Fitzgerald has been Chief Executive Officer of three different public companies, which raised significant capital under Mr. Fitzgerald`s leadership, including EnerI, Inc (Otcbb : ENON); Globaltron Corporation (Otcbb : OHGW) and Neff Corporation (NYSE : NFF). Mr. Fitzgerald was also the Chief Executive Officer and a Chairman of the Board of the investment bank, Edison Advisors, LLC.
Mr. Fitzgerald is responsible for all of our operations and is specifically in charge of our investment banking group.
Mr. Fitzgerald was also the Chief Executive Officer and a director of AR Growth Finance Corp ("ARGW.PK"), in which we are a part of a controlling investor group, and a director of Air Temp North America, Inc ("ATPN. PK").
Mr. Fitzgerald has a M.B.A. from Fordham University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Camegie_Mellon University.
Mrs. Susan Escobio
Mrs. Susan Escobio is our Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, Compliance Officer and a Director of the Board. Mrs. Escobio has more than 30 years of experience with broker-dealer operations. Past experience includes working with Dean Witter, Credit Lyonnais, Smith Barney. Mrs Escobio holds a B.A. in Marketing from the Florida International University.
Mr. Dan Sullivan
Mr. Dan Sullivan is a Senior Vice President of STS. Mr. Sullivan has more than 27 years in the institutional securities industry, primarily in institutional futures sales. He has worked for firms including MF Global Inc., ICAP Futures and Refco, Inc.
Mr. Sullivan is responsible for STS, Inc.´s U.S. and European institutional futures operations. Mr. Sullivan is primarily located in STS´s Chicago office.
Mr. Ed O´Brien
Mr. Ed O´Brien is a Senior Vice President of STS, Inc. Mr. O´Brien has more than 20 years experience in the institutional futures industry. Specifically, he has worked for Salomon Brothers, J.P. Morgan, MF Global, Inc. and ICAP Futures.
Mr. O´Brien is the Branch Manager of STS´s Chicago office, which primarily is focused on institutional futures.
Mr. O´Brien graduated with a B.S. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Mr. Kirby Pascus
Mr. Kirby Pascus is a Vice President of STS and the Senior Trader for STS, Inc. Mr. Pascus has more than 20 years experience in the institutional futures industry. He has worked for firms including Prudential Securities, Inc. MF Global Inc. and ICAP Futures.
Mr. Pascus is primarily responsible for STS, Inc.´s trading and execution services related to futures transactions. He is located in STS´s Chicago office.
Mr. Pascus graduated with a B.S. from Northern Illinois University.
